Even the PCC got "tis the season" on us! They have a river through the PCC called the lagoon and so during halloween they deck it out and make it a haunted lagoon and have people in snorkel gear pop out of the water at people and during Christmas time they apparently decorated all snowy and cool and stuff and then for Valentine's day they made it a lover's lagoon with little animals and hearts and all sorts of weird lovey-dovey what-not around it haha :P
