SEVEN MONTHS!

Fact: I had my 7 month birthday yesterday.........then I met a baby that was 7 months old............I feel like her..........

Fact: I read that talk my brother sent in his e-mail called Beware of Pride by Ezra Taft Benson.........I've decided it has changed my life, but more of that later

Fact: I learned how to sing Called to Serve in Japanese!

Fact: I taught my Japanese companion how to sing "It's raining, it's pouring, the old man is snoring, he went to bed and bumped his head and couldn't get up in the morning.".....Can you see the difference in our maturity level?

Fact: One of our investigators, Ariel, has a baptismal date set for this Saturday! Pray everything goes well!

Fact: My companion made me Japanese romen for dinner last night....bomb

Fact: It rains a lot here.....I hate rain

Fact: I watched the 2 most touching Mormon Messages I've ever seen 2 days ago, y'all should watch them too.....and then make like a missionary and share them ;) Mountains to Climb and Earthly Father, Heavenly Father SO GOOD!!!

Fact: This Mormon Message has a TON to do with the epic, life-changing, discovery I made about the talk I read, SO, read the talk, and then watch The Will of God

So this week was absolutely chock FULL of miracles and the Holy Spirit testifying like no body's business. However, I have like NO time to write! SO here's the latest and greatest!

Just yesterday 4 Brazilian girls came in the VC and from the moment they walked in the door I KNEW they were elect. Why? Because they took one look at the statue of our savior, Jesus Christ and only whispered from then on. They were in complete reverence. After introducing ourselves, my companion and I played the Christus narration for them in Portuguese....(twice) and talked to them about how they feel about Jesus Christ and what He means to them. Then I showed them the Book of Mormon in Portuguese about where it's from and what it talks about and why I love it (all of this only in whispers, meaning all 4 of them were crowding around me listening intently) Then I had them read the introduction, 1st messing up because I forgot the introduction in Portuguese goes on to 2 pages so when I had them read the "last 2 paragraphs" it ended up being the paragraphs about Joseph Smith showing the Gold Plates to 3 witnesses......whoops..........they looked at me like I was about to whip out the Gold Plates.........whoops.......but then I had them read the REAL last 2 paragraphs of the Book of Mormon. And before Vanessa (the one reading it out loud) could finish the last word, Tarissa (one of the girls) said...
T- "Did you ask the question?"
Me- "Which question?"
T- "The Lord's Question."
Me- "Yes."
T- "Did you get your answer?"
Me- "Yes. And the answer was that it's true. And I know it's true, because the Holy Ghost told me."

I then preceded to ask them what language they spoke when they prayed, They said their language, or Portuguese. I then said that Heavenly Father then ANSWERS in their language, by the power of the Holy Spirit. I talked to them about how I got my answer through logic, how other people get their answers through feeling or thoughts or whatever, but no matter what, Heavenly Father answers, and he answers in a way they can understand because everyone is different, so the answers come in different ways, but no matter what it's the SAME answer. That the Book of Mormon in true. I promised them that they WOULD get their answer if they were to read the book. I then asked them if they were to be baptized if they knew it was true and they all said yes. I handed them all a couple pamphlets, Book of Mormons and guest cards all in Portuguese, had them give me their contact info so I could send more missionaries and I could keep in touch with them and they all left teary-eyed and holding tight to their Book of Mormons.......That, my friends is the spirit, working it's wonderful power on the descendents of the Lamanites. They really are SO prepared like the Book of Mormon says.

Seriously y'all. I'm so grateful I really DID ask "the Lord's Question. She looked at me with such fierceness and intensity when she asked that. She wanted to know if I REALLY believed what I preached.

I'm telling everyone now with all the sincerity I can make through an e-mail. I know that the Book of Mormon is true. I know that Jesus is the living Christ. And I KNOW that this is the Lord's gospel, once again restored on the Earth today. The spirit has testified it to me through COUNTLESS experiences as I exercised my faith and ACTED on the promptings I received and kept the commandments He has given me. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

Love,
Sis. Bradley
