MIRACLES!!!!

Hey y'all!!!

Ok, so LITERALLY no time to write, but I just had to tell you some cool experiences that I've had lately! Ok, so first, I was teaching this lesson to this family in the ward after we ate with them and after listening to them sorta fight with each other in calm tones, I came to realize that the lesson we had conveniently prepared on Patience was obviously needed. And it was just so cool but I could tell there was a difference in the way I taught this one, the spirit was SOOOO strong and totally overtaking the lesson! How do I know this? Because 1.) my voice got sickly sweet, like, soft, nice, high pitched and kinda quiet, and usually my voice is (obviously) loud, blunt, to the point/powerful and 2.) I can't remember what I said. Yes, that is a way to tell you taught by the spirit, because if they were my words I'd have remembered them, but they weren't sooo I can't remember them. But it was just so cool! I taught Romans 5:3-5 and it's just an amazing scripture that ties in patience with experience and Heavenly Father's love for us. And what interesting is there's this Mormon Message:
and I've been showing it to everyone in the VC who'll listen and it's just my favorite because let's be honest, who HASN'T HAD to be patient? And then mom, you'll appreciate this because you've been telling me this story for HOW many years? Hahaha But anyhoo, after the lesson the dad told us that they've had "LOTS of elders eat at [their] home but there's just something....special about [us] sisters.....it was a real...treat, yeah, a real treat having [us] over....thank you...thank you...." BAM!!!!! SO AWESOME!!!!!

OH! And last bit of miralce-ness Juan (the investigator I found) pretty much committed himself to following the word of wisdom! Even before we could say anything he just read the first bit of the pamphlet we gave him and then said, "Dang...I'm gonna have to give up smoking huh? And coffee, MAN, I'm Colombian! That's ALL we drink!!! Man, ok, ok, ok, I'll try, I'll do it, I promise." And we're just sitting there going, um yeah, is there ANY other investigator out there awesomer than you? hahahaha naw but we're so exicted but we reached our lesson goal last week! It was our first time doing it too!!! AND this lesson that we taught to this 15 yr old who we thought was a less active since he was all tattooed and pierced up and stuff was ACTUALLY with a nonmember! And his mom wants us to come by and teach him and he's interested in learning more! TENDER MERCY!!!! But anyhoo, I love you all! Work hard! Pray always!!

love,
Sis. Bradley
